[Texas Lawyer] * An attorney representing the officer accused of killing Rayshard Brooks alleges that the victim was not running away from police when he was shot and killed. [Fox News] * A lawsuit has been filed to try and prevent the removal of a statue of Christopher Columbus outside the city hall of Columbus, Ohio. Pretty sure citizens of Columbus will remember Christopher Columbus without a statue... [CBS News]
